Items that are needed during the loan process are below:

• Most recent 30 days of pay stubs.

• Most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts listed (all pages).

• Quarterly 401k / retirement statement if it applies to you

• If employed: last two years W2s.

• If self employed: most recent 2 years of tax returns with all schedules--contact me for more info

• If a purchase--provide a copy of your property sales contract and earnest money check.

• Copy of valid photo ID and social security card if available

• If a VA loan we may need a copy of your DD214-contact me for details

• if this is a refinance --provide copy of your recent monthly mortgage billing statement, property tax bill and home insurance billing and coverage description pages

• Any other documents you feel may be important for your loan
